ECSC Academy Goals: We strive to keep the local talent close to home by offering players the best coaching available.  We will teach these young academy players about sportsmanship on and off the field, while providing the skills instruction needed to help advance their play to the next level.  We will prioritize positive reinforcement by the staff and spectators in an environment that is developmentally age appropriate.

Plan of Action:  Utilizing successful local high school and club coaches, our focus will be on development and not results at this young age.  We have a set curriculum that we will follow to make sure that we don't stray away from development and into a results only academy.  All coaches will be on the same page and the curriculum will be based by age.

* Gives the players the chance to work with successful local high school coaches  (Midlothian HS  -  Austin Guest and Red Oak HS  - Trent Kutch) and club coaches

* Both Midlothian HS Varsity teams were in top 32 teams in state

*  Both Red Oak HS Varsity teams were in top 16 teams in state 

*  Waxahachie HS Boys team made the playoffs this year

* Just  Imagine if we can keep this talent close to home at a young age and allow them the chance to develop as players close to home!
