Ellis County Soccer Club
Mission Statement
The mission of Ellis County Soccer Club is to promote and advance the cause of competitive soccer from the youth to the professional level in the greater Ellis County area through player development, player and parent education, support programs for recreational soccer, and the ultimate creation of a local professional level team and facility.
To accomplish this mission, ECSC's goals are to:
- Create Ellis County based competitive select teams from U-11 through U-19 for boys and girls
- Offer skills clinics and camps
- Provide coaching clinics and advice to recreational parent/volunteer coaches -Utilize collegiate and PDL players to mentor youth in skills for both soccer and life
- Develop youth and PDL level training facilities in Ellis County
- Build a soccer-specific professional level venue in Ellis County
- Host professional, collegiate and top level amateur soccer matches in Ellis County
- Educate parents on how to be positive factors in their children’s development
- Maintain a staff that models positive behavior and ethics
- Promote community involvement and awareness for all club members
- Construct a regional soccer community of players, parents, coaches, administrators, volunteers and supporters from youth through professional level
